    I recently programmed all units for F02 and faced an issue which was the software for HSR and ASA were removed completely and they stoped working... I even tried with autologic but didn't work... finally autel support release a beta version of bmw software for me and I programmed the units successfully.... many many thanks to support01@autel.com

     Yes To Autel. i was very surprised when they gave me a day free to update a problem that has been around even on the ds 709  another great scanner. I was just really impressed with that.They Do Try and for that i am proud to own MS 908 and brag about what it can do that others can't. Same some of Autels is also not working...Still i prefer the MS 908 as the best all duty scanner I have had the pleasure to own. Regards Austin

    Support I need your help , went I buy autel, advance autopart tell me no annual fee,
    now my last update was like 03.03.15 no more update right now . But my maxysis pro
    has an issue whith acura , mercedes, infiniti, nissan adds show me a text that say ((((
    software update not complete , please tray again after finished.)))) Sow I call support
    and this guy want to charge me an annual fee ,he toll me if I don't pay annual fee autel
    sftware will stop

    Autel wedside say no annual fee , you can use autel any time whithout update , I think
    this guy is a((( bad costumer or support service))))) this issue was yesterday and I
    work satusday now I don't have my scanner that cost me 3000 cash , it is not fair
    please help

     Did you bough your equipment from a local dealer? Do you try to call your local dealer?

    Yes advance autoparts just call support , they just want more money for more update
    even wend my problem start after my last update

     We provide one year free update to customers, which is same to everyone. The dealer gave you wrong information. sorry that we cannot help.
